4. Candidate Data

When you use precisio to manage recruitment, you may upload or input personal data about job candidates. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor. You are the data controller and are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for processing candidate data.

We will only process candidate data according to your instructions and will not use it for our own purposes. Candidates whose data you process have rights under applicable data protection law, and you are responsible for facilitating those rights.

5. AI Processing

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to analyse candidate profiles, generate match scores, and provide hiring recommendations. AI-generated insights are based on the data you provide and publicly available professional information. We do not use candidate data to train our AI models without explicit consent. AI scores are advisory tools and should be used alongside human judgement in all hiring decisions.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: Trusted vendors who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements.
  • Legal compliance: Where required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Candidate data you upload is retained according to your settings and deleted upon your request.
