precisio is an AI-powered recruitment platform designed to help startups and growing companies source, screen, and hire candidates. The Service includes features such as AI candidate sourcing, automated screening, match scoring, interview scheduling, and hiring analytics.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share access with unauthorized parties.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• Engage in any form of discrimination in hiring based on protected characteristics.
• Harvest or collect personal data from candidates without lawful basis.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or interact with the Service in an unauthorized manner.

When using precisio, you may process personal data about candidates. As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Only collect and process candidate data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• Obtain any necessary consents from candidates before processing their data.
• Respond promptly to candidates' requests to access, correct, or delete their personal data.
• Not use candidate data for any purpose other than recruitment and hiring.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of precisio and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without express written permission.

You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant precisio a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to provide the Service to you.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. precisio does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated recommendations will be accurate or complete. AI match scores are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, precisio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
